Lensation is distributor of the Imatest software packages and equipment for testing the quality of digital images produced by any imaging system - still shots or video, visible light or infrared.
Imatest software is used in product design, productassembly, and product reviews, as well as acceptance testing, and manufacturing quality control.
The Image Sensor (IS) Edition extends the capabilities of the Master Edition to enable rapid testing of image sensors from companies such as Aptina, Toshiba, ST Microelectronics, and Omnivision.
The Infrared Edition extends the capabilities of the Master Edition to enable testing of infrared imaging systems.
The Master Edition supports all visible light image quality tests, including sharpness, color accuracy, noise, lateral chromatic aberration, dynamic range, uniformity, ISO sensitivity, distortion, and more.
